Wayuu Mochilla Bag
liWayuu bags are handmade crochet bags, crafted by the largest indigenous artisan population of the Americas. The Wayuu tribe, use a combination of crochet and weaving techniques to produce their beautiful work.
Marilyn will take you through the techniques, and teach you how to create these beautiful bags. You will make a smaller bag (due to time constraints) after which, you will be well on your way to make whichever pattern you so wish.

We have teamed up with Craft restaurant in Parkhurst, for this annual event. Please come and support this worthy cause. Registration is on the day, and you can run, walk or hobble the short distance. Dash begins at 10h00
We leave from Craft Restaurant and run/walk/take a pram or whatever to the famous or should we say infamous Jolly Rodger, where you are welcome to stop for a beverage!
Afterwards, have a spot to eat and one of the many restaurants along the drag.

- BRA’S WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ON THE DAY
- KNITTED KNOCKERS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO RENT/BUY ON THE DAY, especially for the flat chested gentlemen!
